Beneath the 12 Mile Reef (1953)

Robert Wagner, Terry Moore
Robert D. Webb
Beneath the 12 Mile Reef was the third Twentieth Century Fox feature filmed in 3-D, earning cinematographer Edward Cronjager an Oscar nomination for his efforts. The scenic film follows the growing rivalry between two fishing families on the Florida Gulf Coast. Action packed and beautifully photographed, the film was directed by Robert D. Webb with music by the legendary Bernard Herrmann, and includes such familiar faces as Gilbert Roland, Peter Graves, Richard Boone, J. Carrol Naish, and Terry Moore. If for not other reason, it's worth your time to see Robert Wagner as a Greek! (Color)
